It effectively reduces nasal congestion, soothes irritated nasal passages, and helps alleviate related symptoms such as runny nose and sneezing. ‣ Directions: Apply 1-2 sprays in each nostril, up to 3 times daily as needed. Before using, gently blow your nose to clear the nostrils. Shake the bottle gently, remove the cap, and prime the spray by pressing the pump a few times until a fine mist is produced. Insert the nozzle into one nostril, close the other with your finger, and spray while gently breathing in through the nose. Repeat for the other nostril. Wipe the nozzle clean and dry after each use and replace the cap securely. ‣ Warnings & Precautions: Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days to avoid rebound congestion.
