How to use: Cold therapy: put the mask in th fridge for1-2 hours or in the freezer for 30 min then place the mask on your face Warm therapy: heat the mask in the microwave for 10 sec only or put it in hot water for 5 min then place the mask on your face Note: dont overheat the mask in microave for long time or leave it in direct sunlight to prevent mask damage.
