"I present this book in gratitude for your kindness, O God, and thank you for your blessings. Its letters are filled with the bull that indicates the loftiness of your status, the prostration to your greatness, and the acknowledgment of your majesty in all circumstances, as well as for the soul in its unseen, heedlessness, ignorance, and arrogance. And nothing deceives it except the vastness of your mercy, the length of your patience, and your forbearance with the wrongdoers. Accept, O God, these letters that you have taught us, in our shortcomings in worship and in achieving our goals. Make it a reward for everyone who reads it, guides others to it, and spreads it in their record, and forgive us for our mistakes."
