It can be used wet for more coverage or dry for a more natural look. The composition controls oil and shine, resulting in a smooth, long-lasting finish. It is packaged in a compact with a mirror, making it suitable for on-the-go applications. INGREDIENTS:  Talc, Mica, Magnesium stearate, Polybutene, White mineral oil, Dimethicone, Methylparaben, Propylparaben  HOW TO USE:  Use wet or dry. Using a powder brush, apply dry for a sheer, soft matte finish. Apply product to skin with a moist sponge or blending sponge for medium to full coverage and a matte finish.
