Huda Beauty Neon Green Neon Obsessions Palette is more like a mish-mash of pastel hues with three mattes and six shimmers. While a few of the shimmery shades have a greenish shift, the shifts are subtle enough that they just don’t scream GREEN! MACHINE! on the lid at all. The mattes were drier, on the more powdery side, which them more prone to fallout and having some sheerness when applied, while the shimmers needed to be applied with fingertips for better coverage, less fallout, and smoother application in most instances.
