Bepanthen Plus is an antiseptic wound healing cream that disinfects without stinging. It contains chlorhexidine and dexpanthenol to prevent infection while promoting tissue regeneration. This colorless cooling cream is designed for treating superficial wounds and inflamed skin areas. The cream should be applied as a thin layer to cleaned wounds one or more times daily until healing is complete. The active ingredient chlorhexidine fights bacteria on skin and in contaminated wounds, while dexpanthenol converts to pantothenic acid in the skin to accelerate new tissue formation and enhance scar solidity.
