Fenistil Drops is an antihistamine medication containing dimethindene maleate 1mg/ml, used to treat various allergic conditions. It helps relieve symptoms like itching, hives, and allergic rhinitis by blocking histamine action in the body. The recommended dosage varies by age: Adults and children over 12 years can take 20-40 drops 3 times daily. For children 3-12 years: 15-20 drops 3 times daily; 1-3 years: 10-15 drops 3 times daily; 1 month to 1 year: 3-10 drops 3 times daily. Not suitable for infants under 1 month. The medication can be used for allergic skin conditions, respiratory allergies, food and drug allergies, and to relieve itching from insect bites or infectious diseases. Contraindicated in cases of hypersensitivity to ingredients.
