Hyopan Syrup 100Ml

Hyopan is an antispasmodic syrup containing hyoscine butyl bromide, used to treat cramps and spasms of the stomach, intestines, and bladder. The 100ml syrup formulation is designed for oral administration to provide relief from gastrointestinal and urinary tract spasms. This medication should be used with caution in patients with certain medical conditions including glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, enlarged prostate, heart problems, or blocked bowel. Common side effects may include dry mouth, blurred vision, and difficulty urinating. The typical adult dose is 20mg taken 3-4 times daily, while children 6-12 years should take 10mg 3 times daily.
