Hyopan Syrup 100ml is an antispasmodic medication containing hyoscine butyl bromide, used to treat cramps and spasms of the stomach, intestines, and bladder. It helps relieve abdominal pain and discomfort caused by smooth muscle spasms in the digestive system. This medication is intended for adults and children 6 years and older. The usual adult dose is 20 mg taken 3-4 times daily, while children 6-12 years should take 10 mg 3 times daily. Store at room temperature between 68-77°F (20-25°C). Do not use if allergic to hyoscine or other ingredients. Consult a doctor before use if you have heart problems, glaucoma, enlarged prostate, thyroid issues, or difficulty urinating. Common side effects may include dry mouth, blurred vision, and constipation. Keep out of reach of children.
