Listerine Teeth & Gum Defence is a specialized mouthwash formulated to protect both teeth and gums. This antibacterial formula kills up to 99% of germs, helps reduce plaque, and provides 24-hour protection against bacteria when used twice daily. The 250ml size makes it convenient for regular use. For best results, use twice daily after brushing. Pour 20ml (4 x 5ml teaspoonfuls) into a glass, rinse around teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out. Not suitable for children under 12 years.
