Listerine Teeth & Gum Defence is a specialized mouthwash formulated to protect both teeth and gums. It helps maintain gum health by reducing plaque and works effectively below the gumline. This fresh mint flavored mouthwash provides comprehensive oral care when used twice daily. For best results, use twice daily after brushing. Pour 20ml (4 x 5ml teaspoonfuls) into a glass, rinse around teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out. Not suitable for children under 12 years. Do not swallow. If swallowed, seek medical help.
