Otrivin 0.1% Nasal Drops is a decongestant medication containing xylometazoline hydrochloride, designed for adults to provide quick relief from nasal congestion due to colds, sinusitis, and allergies. The 10ml solution helps clear blocked nasal passages and restore normal breathing. The active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.1% works by constricting blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion. The drops should be used as directed, typically 1-2 drops in each nostril up to 3 times daily. Not recommended for use longer than 7 consecutive days. For adults and children over 12 years of age.
