Sanoskin Melladerm Plus is a specialized honey-based hydro wound gel designed for treating superficial, chronic, oncologic and acute wounds. Containing 45% Bulgarian mountain honey, it offers gentle yet effective wound care through its antibacterial properties while causing less pain than pure honey applications. The product utilizes specially selected Bulgarian honey from a multiflower mountain region with naturally high glucose oxidase and phenolic content. The honey undergoes a patented ozonation process by Sanomed Manufacturing BV to remove contaminants while preserving its healing properties, as it is neither heated nor irradiated. The gel maintains its antibacterial effectiveness even when diluted up to 30 times and features strong antiseptic properties due to high peroxide levels in the Bulgarian honey source.
