Teragrip Tab 20S

Teragrip is a film-coated tablet medication containing Paracetamol, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride, and Chlorpheniramine Maleate. This combination medication comes in a pack of 20 tablets and is manufactured by Pharmactive. The medication contains three active ingredients: Paracetamol which helps reduce fever and relieve pain, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride which acts as a decongestant, and Chlorpheniramine Maleate which is an antihistamine. The tablets are film-coated for easier swallowing.
