DESCRIPTION The TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner Light is a gentle, refreshing toner that helps hydrate and maintain balance for clear, radiant skin. Infused with patented vegan ingredient MultiEx BSAM Plus consisting of 7 plant-based ingredients that helps soothe and revitalise skin for a more radiant complexion. 4% Niacinamide, Rice Bran Extract and Ceramide are also present to help refine uneven skin tone, maintain skin's moisture balance and prevent moisture loss.
