Yaz Tablet 28'S Is An Oral Contraceptive Containing A Combination Of Drospirenone (3Mg) And Ethinylestradiol (20Mcg) As Its Active Ingredients. This Combination Is A Type Of Hormonal Birth Control That Prevents Pregnancy By Inhibiting Ovulation, Altering Cervical Mucus To Block Sperm Entry, And Thinning The Uterine Lining To Prevent Implantation. Yaz Is Also Approved For Treating Acne Vulgaris And Managing Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (Pmdd) In Women. It Is A Convenient, Once-Daily Oral Contraceptive Available In A 28-Tablet Pack. Side Effects Common Side Effects Of Yaz Tablet 28'S May Include: Nausea Or Vomiting Headache Or Migraine Breast Tenderness Or Swelling Weight Gain Mood Changes Or Irritability Rare But Serious Side Effects May Include: Blood Clots (Deep Vein Thrombosis Or Pulmonary Embolism) Stroke Or Heart Attack, Especially In Smokers High Blood Pressure Liver Dysfunction If You Experience Unusual Symptoms Such As Sudden Chest Pain, Swelling In The Legs, Sudden Severe Headache, Or Changes In Vision, Seek Medical Attention Immediately.
